- Ensure all required disclosures and documents are completed and signed by the seller.
2. Contract Management:
- Review and manage purchase agreements and other contractual documents.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all contractual deadlines and contingencies.
- Coordinate with the buyer's agent, title company, and other parties involved in the transaction.
3. Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the seller, buyer's agent, and other involved parties.
- Keep the seller informed of all developments, deadlines, and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between all parties to resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Document Management:
- Organize and maintain all transaction documents in a secure and accessible manner.
- Ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and submitted to the appropriate parties.
- Manage the electronic filing and storage of all transaction documents.
5. Closing Coordination:
- Coordinate with the title company to prepare for closing.
- Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted prior to closing.
- Schedule and confirm the closing date, time, and location.
- Assist the seller with any final details and ensure they are prepared for closing.
6. Post-Closing:
- Ensure that all final documents are properly filed and stored.
- Provide the seller with copies of all final documents.
- Assist with any post-closing issues or questions that may arise.
