    - Organize and maintain all transaction documents in a secure and accessible manner.

    - Ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and submitted to the appropriate parties.

    - Manage the electronic filing and storage of all transaction documents.

    5. Closing Coordination:

    - Coordinate with the title company to prepare for closing.

    - Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted prior to closing.

    - Schedule and confirm the closing date, time, and location.

    - Assist the seller with any final details and ensure they are prepared for closing.

    6. Post-Closing:

    - Ensure that all final documents are properly filed and stored.

    - Provide the seller with copies of all final documents.

    - Assist with any post-closing issues or questions that may arise.

    - Facilitate communication between all parties to resolve any issues that may arise.

    3. Document Management:
